Who I am

I'm an IT analyst and project lead with experience across networking, structured cabling coordination, Windows environments, NAS deployments, and day-to-day support. I’ve managed multi-vendor, multi-phase efforts (IDF/MDF planning, office builds, AV, security coordination) while keeping communication simple for stakeholders. On the residential side, I help people get fast, safe Wi-Fi and smart home tech that actually behaves.

What to Expect When Working with Me

  • Direct communication with me — no ticket handoffs or call centers
  • Clear explanations in plain language, no jargon
  • Practical solutions focused on results, not over-complication
  • Professional response during business hours (9–5, with emergency support by arrangement)
  • Proactive monitoring and patching so issues are prevented, not just fixed

What to Expect from a One‑Person Shop

  • Direct access to the owner—no ticket limbo
  • Clear SLAs for response times (business hours + emergency options)
  • Transparent scope: proactive monitoring & patching included; projects and break/fix billed hourly
  • Scalable: vetted partners available for larger projects

What I bring to the table

Infrastructure & Networking

Router/switch setup, Wi-Fi tuning, VLANs, and clean cabling coordination. I keep performance and maintainability front-and-center.

Project Management as a Service

Schedules, budgets, risk tracking, and vendor orchestration using /MS Project. You get predictable outcomes and no surprises.

Smart Home & Senior Tech

Friendly, patient guidance. Doorbells, cameras, lighting, voice assistants — configured securely with privacy in mind.

Documentation & Clarity

Floor plans, checklists, change logs, and how-to notes so the next person isn’t guessing. Good docs save time and money.

Reliable Communication

Clear updates, defined scope, and honest expectations. I’d rather under-promise and over-deliver.

Security-Mindset

Practical safeguards — updates, MFA, least-privilege, and network segmentation where it matters.
